 All orders are processed through PayPal which accepts all
major debit/credit options as well as eChecks. Using PayPal is free, simple, and secure. (www.paypal.com)
Please note that PayPal payments
may occasionally take a few days to clear. Orders cannot be
shipped until payment has cleared.
DreamColor Creatives
is not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid through PayPal, in
the unlikely event that their system goes down, preventing confirmation of receipt of
payment.
Please
be sure to review your selected shopping cart items
very carefully prior to completing your order.
To cancel an order prior
to shipment, please email

Please allow seven to ten (7-10) business
days for overall order processing and shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS
(United States
Postal Service) Mail.
Tracking details will be emailed once available.
Please review your shipping information
carefully prior to placing an order.
Additional shipping charges may apply on packages returned
due to an incorrect address.
During times of heavy volume, such as holidays,
all services may take up to five (5) days longer. You will immediately
be informed if there is a delay with your order.

and if for any reason it becomes necessary to contact you regarding your order,
it will be done personally and directly. Always beware of imposters!
Never supply personal information in response to suspicious, generic emails and
spam (i.e., "dear buyer"). Please note that you will never be asked for
personal information via email from

and all correspondence will
address you specifically by name and your order details.

customer is of the utmost importance! Please email before returning an item so that we have an opportunity to remedy
any perceived problem or issue.
If you are not satisfied with
your purchase,
please email your refund request to
cust.service@dreamcolorcreatives.com
(include specifics) within five (5) days after receiving your order.
A full refund of the product
price (excluding shipping costs) can be issued.
Returned items should be
packed carefully for their return journey and be received by
DreamColor Creatives
within fifteen (15) business days from their original ship date for a refund or
replacement. Once received, a refund can be issued.
It is recommended that you
insure your package. Refunds cannot be given if the items are not received or
are ruined during their return.
If by chance you receive
an incorrect or damaged item, your emailed claim must be received within five
(5) days after you receive your order. Please email

All
DreamColor Creatives
candles have burning instructions and warnings on the bottom label. For best results, trim the wick
of your candle to one-quarter inch every time you light the candle to ensure clean, smoke-free burning. Be sure to remove any wick debris that has
fallen into the candle. While anything that burns can produce soot and
smoke, natural wax candles are virtually smoke and soot free. When extinguishing
a candle, it is sometimes helpful to dip the wick back into the melted wax to coat it in preparation for
its next lighting. This also helps prevent smoking and can make for easier
relighting.
You'll notice a
slight rough texture or whitish film after you burn soy wax. Not to worry!
This is common and will in no way affect the quality or burn of your
candle. Let it be a subtle reminder that you have invested in a natural
product. :)
The perfect
burn is to burn the candle approx. 2-3 hours for the first time and then
you can burn as you like from that time on. This will allow the pool
of wax to extend to the outside rim and prevent your candle from forming a
"canyon" in its center, often referred to as tunneling. Burning your
candle in this way sets its memory. Each time you re-light the candle it will
"remember" to burn out to the rim.
Never, ever leave a burning
candle unattended. Keep candles out of the reach
of children and pets. Always place your candles on
sturdy, non-flammable surfaces.

elements could be dismantled and present a choking hazard. Please exercise
caution and keep them out of the hands of very small children.
